1. AI Care Navigator Enhancement
The AI Care Navigator now includes demographic details as part of the inclusion criteria for care navigation.
Practices can now configure rules to include demographic details —specifically age and gender, enhancing the relevance of each questionnaire to specific patient groups. This addition allows for more personalised care approaches.

We have added new clinical questionnaires to the existing bank of questionnaires available on Patchs:
- Palpitations → Palpitations questionnaire
- Diarrhoea → Diarrhoea questionnaire
- Shortness of breath → Shortness of breath (SoB) questionnaire
- Headache (1-15 years) → Headache – child questionnaire
- Headache (16 years and over) → Headache – adult questionnaire
- Cough → Cough questionnaire (Updated version)
Please refer to the table on this page for a full list of Topic AI mappings.
