To enable patient matching and saving into SystmOne:
- SystmOne must be running and logged in on the TPP Gateway machine
- A small application, the Patchs SystmOne Agent, must be installed and running on the TPP Gateway machine for your practice.
The SystmOne status is displayed on the upper menu and will show:
- SystmOne is up and running correctly on your Gateway machine
- SystmOne is not running or logged in on the TPP Gateway Machine
