How to reject requests from patients not registered at your practice

On the request details page

If you receive a request from a PATCHS patient who is not  registered at your practice you should update their registration status to Not Registered.

You should then use the 'Reject - Patient Not Registered' button to reject the request.  This will advise the patient by email that they cannot respond to their request because they are not a registered patient.

If a Not Registered patient tries to contact the practice using PATCHS, they won't be able to make a request and will be advised to contact the practice.
