On the request details page
If you receive a request from a Patchs patient who is not registered at your practice, you should update their registration status to Not Registered.
You should then use the 'Reject - Patient Not Registered' button to reject the request.
This will advise the patient by email that you cannot respond to their request because they are not a registered patient.
If a Not Registered patient tries to contact the practice using Patchs, they won't be able to make a request. Instead, they will be advised to contact the practice.
