Setting yourself Out of Office
You can set yourself out of office using the Out of Office Toggle switch from your personal inbox.
Setting someone else Out of Office
You can set someone else at your practice Out Of Office using the Out of Office Toggle switch from their personal inbox.
Assigning a request or task
When assigning a request to a staff member, the staff list shows who's out of office and their names are greyed out.
When adding a task for a staff member, the staff list shows who's out of office and their names are greyed out.
Manage Staff - Out of Office
If you have the Patchs Admin role you can view and update Out of Office settings from the 'Manage staff' page for your practice.
Use the Out Of Office tick box to switch on/off a staff user's out of office status.
