You can save completed requests, comments and messages directly into a patient’s clinical record.
This is available for patients who have successfully been matched in your clinical system, and happens when you:
- Add a comment on a patient request
- Complete a patient request message
- Initiate a Reply not required message to a patient
- Saving to SystmOne as PDFs
Adding a code and/or comment
When adding a comment to a patient request, the 'Add & save to clinical system' button will save the comment to Patchs. It will also file it into the patient's record.
Previously added (but not saved to record) comments
The 'Save to clinical system' button will file any previously added (but not saved to record) comments into the patient's record.
Completing a patient request message
When completing a request, the 'Complete message and save to clinical system' button will complete the request and will also file it into the patient's record.
Previously completed request
The 'SAVE REQUEST TO CLINICAL SYSTEM' button will file any previously completed (but not saved to record) request into the patient's clinical record.
Initiating a Reply not required message
When initiating a message to a patient from the Patients page, the 'Reply not required - save to clinical system' button will send the message to the patient, and will also file it into the patient's record.
What will I see in the clinical system?
When a message is sent from Patchs to the clinical system, you will see an additional consultation in the patient record.
