When you are reviewing and responding to a patient request, and want to add a task for someone else at your practice you should use the Tasks selector tab to open the Tasks page
This will open the 'Tasks' page where you can view existing tasks and add new ones.
You can add a task by:
- Choosing a staff member to assign the task to
- Describe the task
- Click Add task
The new task will then be visible at the top of the Tasks page
And the request will be added to the Inbox of the staff member with a status of Task for you
