You can submit requests to Patchs on behalf of people you care for, provided they are registered at the practice (see here).
Adding or editing someone you care for
You can add someone you care for at the time you submit a request for help on their behalf.
To do this, select the Someone I care for Button on the main Request Page.
Alternatively, you can select the People I care for link from the user drop-down menu, which can be found by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Use this method if you want to edit the details of someone you have already added.
The link on the drop-down menu will take you to the page below, where you will be shown a list of people you care for on Patchs.
From here you can add or delete people, or edit their details.
