Staff Registration

PS-2129 Inviting staff users whose NHS email is already taken

A Patchs Admin user can now invite a staff user if their NHS email address already belongs to a non-digital patient in Patchs.

If their NHS email address is in use by a patient user, they are advised to either try a different email address, or ask the staff user to change their email address on their patient account.

PS-2146 NHS login - patients who’ve moved practices

NHS login patients who have moved practice are now directed to the transfer practice page when they try to log into Patchs from their old practice.

PDS-Spine Lookup

PS-2127 Use PDS lookup to add a non-digital patient from clinical system.

To save time when using the toolbar from the clinical system to open a patient in Patchs, if the patient doesn’t exist in Patchs, PDS spine lookup will be used to create a non-digital patient.
