Patient Requests and Messages for reply required messages
Reply required messages are now displayed Emboldened with a blue dot (unread) on the My Requests and Messages page with an Awaiting patient response status.
When the patient clicks anywhere on the highlighted row, the message will open, from where they can read and reply.
Patient Requests and Messages for Reply not required messages
Reply not required messages are now displayed Emboldened with a blue dot (unread) on the My Requests and Messages page with a Message sent status.
When the patient clicks anywhere on the highlighted row, the message will open, allowing them to read the message before closing.
Staff Inboxes and Request Details
Message Opened Status
'No reply' messages that have been opened by the patient show a status of Message opened on the request inbox.

CCG Reporting

CCG staff users now have access to reporting dashboards and activity reports for practices within their CCG.

When making a request, if a patient deletes an image prior to submitting their request, only a single picture is removed.

PS-1821 Re-training Signposting AI
Practice staff can now indicate from the message chatbot, how appropriate signposting links were, and providing this feedback will help improve the messages to patients.
PS- 1824 Signposting AI Improvement
Patients who have chosen to cancel away from their request can now change their mind from a warning modal.
PS-1839 Action chosen by AI message
The 'Action chosen by AI message' now only shows for for clinical users.
