Patient reports

The PATCHS patient reports allow you to understand and report on the PATCHS patients at your practice and are available to all staff users at your practice.

Click on Reports from the upper menu to open the PATCH reports page.

Then click on Patient Reports to view PATCHS patient reports.

Please note: The patient reports are updated overnight and the message in the top right hand corner shows the date and time of the latest update .

Registered patients

The registered patients report shows key data for PATCHS patients registered at your practice.

Report timeframe

Use the report timeframe tabs to show patient registration data for the specified timeframes or use the  Custom timeframe to specify your own report start and end dates.

Report filters

Use the report filters when you want to show registered patents that meet specific criteria e.g. gender, age or date registered.  

Download

You should use the Download link to download the report data as a .csv file for further manipulation.

Field selector

You can choose up to 10 columns to display, simply untick any columns that you don't want to see and tick those that you do. Then Apply.

Patient feedback

The Patient feedback patients report shows patient feedback scores from PATCHS patients at your practice.

Report timeframe

Use the report timeframe tabs to show patient feedback data for the specified timeframes or use Custom timeframe to specify your own report star and end dates.

Download

Use the Download link to download the report data as a .csv file for further manipulation.

New patient registrations

The New patient registrations report shows the number of new patient registrations at your practice during the report timeframe.

The registrations are broken down by age range and gender and can be seen in both a tabular and graphical format.
