The Patchs patient reports allow you to understand and report on the Patchs patients at your practice and are available to all staff users at your practice.

To see patient reports, click on Reports from the upper menu to open the Patchs reports page.

Then click on Patient Reports to view Patchs patient reports.

The request reports are updated daily. The banner in the top right hand corner shows the date and time when the data in the report was last updated.

Registered patients

The registered patients report shows key data for Patchs patients registered at your practice.

Report timeframe

Use the report timeframe options to show registered patients data for the specified timeframe or use the Custom option to create a report with a specific start and end date.

Report filters

Use the report filters to generate reports of registered patients that meet specific criteria e.g. gender, age or date registered.

To download the report as a .csv file, click Download on the right hand side.

New patient registrations

The new patient registrations report shows the number of new patient registrations at your practice during the specified report timeframe.

The registrations are broken down by age range and gender and can be seen in both a tabular and graphical format.
