Patchs collects feedback from patients about Patchs and their GP practice whenever they submit a Patchs request.
This allows you to gain detailed insights into the performance of Patchs, as well as patient satisfaction with Patchs and your GP practice.
Patient feedback is available to view by all staff users at your practice. The feedback collected includes a star rating for both Patchs and the GP practice, an optional comment, and the Friends & Family Test, which shows a patient's likelihood to recommend a practice to their friends and family.
To see feedback from patients at your practice, click on Patient Feedback from the Patchs menu.
Feedback is split into Patchs feedback, GP practice feedback and Friends and Family Test feedback.

The GP practice feedback includes the following information:
Patient Feedback ID, "How was your experience?", "Why did you give your answer?" and Date. Friends and Family Test feedback is always anonymised regardless of the anonymise feedback setting.
The most recently submitted feedback will appear at the top of the page and refreshes automatically.
Anonymise feedback
As a Patchs Admin user at a practice, you can set anonymise feedback from your practice’s Feature settings page.
Enable anonymise feedback
By default, the Patchs and GP practice feedback table displays the name of the patient that has given feedback as well as the exact date and time when the feedback was submitted.
When this setting is enabled, the Patchs and GP practice feedback tables that appear under Patient Feedback are anonymised, showing a patient feedback ID instead of a patient name and the date of when the feedback was submitted.
Friends and Family test feedback is always anonymised regardless of the setting.
