PS-487 Request labelling updates

Patient requests are now labelled and assigned from the 'request labelling section' - you can find more  detailed guidance around ‘making triage decisions’ from here.

Requests to be resolved by someone else at my practice

Unassigned inbox - sending a request to someone else

  • Select an urgency
  • Indicate how clinically difficult
  • Assign staff member
  • 'Send to staff member'

PS-1012 Confirmation page wording

The wording on the request confirmation page now clarifies that the patient will receive a response by email or phone.

PS-1013 Photo consent and instructions

Patients are now required to give consent when they upload photos or documents.
