Attaching files from the clinical system
Attaching files from the clinical system
Following a successful pilot, attaching files from the clinical system is now on general release for all EMIS practices.
Inbox Reply Assignment (pilot practices)
When sending bulk or individual messages, you can now choose which inbox patient responses will be sent to (for reply required messages):

When reviewing and responding to a patient request
-
When sending a reply required message from the patient’s page.
- When sending a reply required bulk message
Post Appointment Messages (pilot practices)
We know how important it is for practices to have patients complete the Friends and Family Tests (FFT) after they've had an appointment.
Patchs can now automatically send patients the FFT after appointments and to use this feature you will need to be set up for appointment reminders.

Telephone Assistant Updates
Patchs Telephone Assistant has been further enhanced with the following changes:
Caller details updates
You can now play back the caller details from the request details page and use them to update transcription if required.
Caller information filed in clinical system
The caller information is now included as part of the text that’s filed to the clinical system.
Edit transcription improvements
Refinements have been made to the edit transcription feature to improve usability.

Sending messages to matched but not verified patients
For patients who are matched to the clinical system but have not yet been verified you can now:
Bulk message Templates
When message templates with SNOMED codes are sent in bulk messages, the code(s) now save to the clinical system with the message.
