You can create custom messages for patients when Patchs limits have been reached on the Demand management tab.
To create a custom message to display when Patchs is closed for clinical requests, click on the upper Set a message button.
Enter your message and then Save message to confirm
To create a custom message to display when Patchs is closed for non-clinical requests, click on the lower Set a message button.
Enter your message and then Save message to confirm
Patients will see your custom message(s) on the Patchs landing page whenever Patchs is unavailable for clinical / non-clinical requests.
