Introduction

It's now possible for you to enable more of the Patchs features from your Feature settings page and if required, at the click of a button  you can view and confirm that you've read and understood any required product and clinical safety information before enabling the feature.

From the feature settings page you can also request additional features such as Telephone Assistant.

Here're some key features you can enable on the Feature settings page:

Enable Patchs AI

If Patchs AI (Artificial Intelligence) has never been enabled for your practice you will see the Patchs AI Enable features button on the Feature settings page.

Clicking the Enable features  button opens the Enable Patchs AI form from where you can view and confirm that you have read and understood the required product and clinical safety information (for ease of viewing, all links will open in a new tab).

When you have selected at least one AI and all confirmations, you should Submit the form.

Submitting the completed form will enable the requested AIs and will give you the option to enable any not yet enabled AIs.

When the selected AIs are enabled, a link to the clinical safety documentation will also show. You will also be able to enable the AI Care Navigator.

Enable Patchs My Health

If My Health has  never been enabled for your practice you will see the Patchs My Health Enable feature button on the Feature settings page.

Clicking the Enable feature  button opens the Enable Patchs My Health form, from where you can view and confirm that you have read and understood the required product and clinical safety information (for ease of viewing, all links will open in a new tab).

When you have read and understood the required product and clinical safety information, submitting the completed form will enable My Health and show a link to the clinical safety documentation.
