Registering for Patchs with NHS login

There are several ways to access Patchs:

1) use the NHS Login

2) register for a Patchs account (see here)

3) use a 'Guest Account' (see here)

In this article we cover how to register for Patchs using the NHS Login

What to do when you are a new Patchs user

When you click on the Contact my GP button from your practice's welcome page, you'll be taken to a page where you can either:

1. Continue with Patchs, or

2. Continue with NHS Login.

If you're new to Patchs and would like to access Patchs with NHS Login you should click on the Continue with NHS Login button (you can find out more about NHS login here).

If you do not see this button it is because your GP practice has not enabled NHS Login access.

This will take you to NHS Login, where where you can either sign up, or sign in, to NHS Login.

You will then return to Patchs, where you will be directed to Register a new Patchs account to link to your NHS Login. Click on this button:

Now you will need to Read and agree to Patient EULA:

Enter additional demographic details and click Register:

You will be sent an email with a link to verify your Patchs registration. Click on the link:mceclip6.png

From this page, you will be able to begin your request help from your GP practice:

What to do when you are an existing Patchs user

When you click on the Contact my GP button from your practice's welcome page, you'll be taken to a page where you can:

1. Continue with Patchs or

2. Continue with NHS Login.

If you're an existing Patchs user who would now like to access Patchs with NHS Login, you should click on the Continue with NHS Login button (you can find out more about NHS login here).

This will take you to NHS Login, where where you can sign up for, or sign into, NHS Login.

You will then be taken back to Patchs, where you should click on the button which says: Link an existing Patchs account to your NHS login account.

Confirm your Patchs email address and password:

You will now be able to request help from your practice.
