Subject Access Requests
If a patient makes a Subject Access Request, please submit a support request to the Advanced Service Desk listing the practice ODS code, initials, and date of birth of the patient. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and within 14 days.
Access to detailed audit logs
In addition to the audit logs shown on the ‘Audit’ tab of a patient request, Patchs stores a detailed audit trail in line with the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care. If you require access to the detailed audit logs, this can be requested by submitting a support request to the Advanced Service Desk listing the practice ODS code and information about what the audit should cover and the date range. Once verified your request will be processed as soon as possible and within 14 days.
Deletion of patient data
If you require patient data to be deleted from Patchs, this can be requested by a submitting a support request to the Advanced Service Desk listing the practice ODS code, initials, and date of birth of the patient and what should be deleted. Once verified your request will be processed as soon as possible and within 14 days.
