How have we protected our solution from cyber-attacks?
Spectra Analytics (now known as Patchs Health) is the company that develops and maintains Patchs. We hold Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001 certifications. Patchs undergoes regular penetration testing to test the system for vulnerabilities, and we have automated tools that analyse for suspicious activity and system usage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, including for email sending.
Are there any server capacity assurances or specifications for Patchs based on patient numbers?
No. Patchs ‘auto-scales’ to match patient demand so there should not be any issues. It is designed to support tens of millions of patients.
