What can receptionists say to encourage patients to use Patchs?

Receptionists are the most important people in helping to promote Patchs to your patients. They speak to patients many times a day and are key in to making sure they know about Patchs and its benefits.

Through our experience of using Patchs in many different GP practices, we've developed two scripts that receptionists can use to encourage patients to use Patchs.

We recommend downloading these scripts, printing them, and sticking them on the wall in reception so your team can clearly see them every time they answer the phone:

  1. Receptionist script when you're piloting Patchs. You should use this script when you've just started using Patchs and only want a few patients to use it. You can download it here
  2. Receptionist script when you want more patients to use Patchs. You should use this script when you want as many patients as possible to use Patchs. You can download it here.

Please feel free to edit the scripts as you see fit - and let us know if you have any suggestions for how they could be improved!
