I don't want to use Patchs. What can I do?

Patchs is made available to you by your GP practice in order to make it easier for you to contact them.

Patchs also makes it easier for your practice to manage requests from patients.

However, you do not have to use Patchs. It is your choice. You can continue to contact the practice in your normal way, if you prefer.
