As NHS-approved software, Patchs is obliged to comply with DCB0129: Clinical Risk Management: its Application in the Manufacture of Health IT Systems

As part of this, we produce 'Clinical Safety Case Reports' for:

  1. Patchs 'core' product
  2. Patchs AI
  3. Patchs Telephone Assistant

(Patchs AI has a separate Clinical Safety Case Report because it's a medical device and must comply with separate legislation and guidance.)

Clinical Safety Case Reports describe the clinical safety tests we conduct and any clinical risks that users should be aware of. GP practices and commissioning organisations must read, understand, and accept the risks in these documents before using Patchs. They are 'living' documents - this means that they are updated as new features are introduced, or when new risks are identified.

🔐 You'll need a password to access them - please contact your Advanced account manager to get it.

⚠️ These documents are confidential, and only intended for Patchs customers. Please do not share this link, password, or documents in the link, with any non-Patchs customers without permission of the authors.
