As NHS-approved software, PATCHS must comply with DCB0129: Clinical Risk Management: its Application in the Manufacture of Health IT Systems. As part of this, we produce 'Clinical Safety Case Reports' for both the PATCHS 'core' product and PATCHS AI.

Clinical Safety Case Reports describe the clinical safety tests we conduct on PATCHS and PATCHS AI, and any clinical risks that users should be aware of when using them. GP practices and commissioning organisations must read, understand, and accept the risks in these documents before using PATCHS and PATCHS AI. They are 'living' documents and are updated as new features are introduced or new risks are identified.
