Commissioner (CCG) reports

The Commissioner (CCG) reports are a suite of reports that can be accessed via the CCG Portal menu option

Then click Reports.


From the Reports page you have access to 9 reports.

 

Completed Activity Report

The Completed Activity report gives details of all Patchs requests that were completed between the report start date and end date for either:

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Completed Activity report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and for each request gives a detailed breakdown for each request that includes:

  • Patient Entry ID
  • Practice ODS Code
  • Practice Name
  • PCN Name
  • CCG Name
  • Date and Time of Request Submission
  • Submitted By
  • Submitted Source
  • Status
  • Date and Time of Request Completion
  • Completed By
  • Completed By Role
  • Autocompleted
  • Patient Gender
  • Ethnicity
  • Age at Request
  • Request Type
  • Request Description
  • Request Type Group
  • Triage Actions
  • Triage Topics
  • Triage Role Best To Resolve
  • Highest Urgency
  • Final Urgency

Completed Consultation Report

The Completed Consultation report gives details of all Patchs consultations that were completed between the report start date and end date.

PCN Filters are active

The Completed Consultation report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and for each request gives:

  • Date and Time of Request Submission
  • Practice Name
  • Practice ODS Code
  • PCN Name
  • CCG Name
  • Patient Age (at request)
  • Patient Gender
  • Patient Ethnicity
  • Request Type
  • Time session of the request 
  • Request Status
  • Date and Time of Final Triage
  • Consultation Outcome Decisions
  • Appropriate Role for Request Resolution
  • Date and Time of Request Completion
  • Triaged By Role

Daily Uptake Report

The Daily Uptake Report gives an aggregated summary of all Patchs requests that were completed between the report start date and end date for either:

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Daily Uptake report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and gives:

  • Submission date
  • CCG name
  • PCN name
  • PCN code
  • Aggregated number of Individual Online Consultations
  • Aggregated number of Individual Online Patients
  • Aggregated number of Individual Outbound Messages
  • Aggregated number of Individual Outbound Patients
  • Aggregated number of Individual Bulk Messages
  • Aggregated number of Individual Video Consultations
  • Aggregated number of Individual Video Patients

Features Enabled Report

The Features Enabled report gives an overview of which features a practice has enabled between the report start date and end date.

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Features Enabled report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and shows for each practice, which of the following features are enabled:

  • Urgency AI Enabled
  • Mental Health AI Enabled
  • Assign AI Enabled
  • Face2Face AI Enabled
  • Signposting AI Enabled
  • Sicknote AI Enabled
  • Topic AI Questions Enabled
  • Translation Enabled For Staff
  • Translation Enabled For Patients

Feedback Report

The Feedback report gives aggregated weekly summary of Patchs and practice feedback scores between the report start date and end date.

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Feedback report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and for each day gives:

  • Date
  • CCG name
  • PCN name
  • PCN code
  • CCG code
  • Aggregated GP practice feedback count
  • Aggregated Patchs feedback count
  • Average practice star rating
  • Average Patchs star rating 
  • Feedback for (highlights whether feedback was submitted for Patchs or the GP practice)

Individual Feedback Report

The Individual Feedback report gives details of all patient feedback submitted between the report start date and end date.

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Individual Feedback report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and for feedback submitted gives:

  • Date and time of feedback 
  • Practice name
  • Practice ODS code
  • PCN name
  • CCG name
  • Star rating
  • Comment
  • Patient ID
  • Patient gender
  • Patient age
  • Feedback for (highlights whether feedback was submitted for Patchs or the GP practice)

Patient Utilisation Report

The Patient Utilisation report gives an aggregated overview of patients' utilisation of Patchs between the report start date and end date.

PCN Filters are active

  • All practices across in your CCG
  • All practices in a PCN

The Patient Utilisation report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and shows for each practice a daily summary of:

  • Patient Registrations
  • Patient Requests
  • Requests Abandoned
  • Requests Redirected to Self-Help
  • Requests Redirected to A&E

Submitted Activity Report

The Submitted Activity report gives details of all Patchs requests that were submitted between the report start date and end date for either:

  • All practices in a PCN

The Submitted Activity report will downloaded automatically as a .csv file and for each request gives:

  • Practice ODS Code
  • Practice Name
  • Date and Time of Request Submission
  • Date and Time of Request Completion
  • Patient Gender

  • Age at Request
  • Request Type
  • Request Description
  • Triage Actions

Submitted Consultation Report

The Submitted Consultation report gives details of all Patchs consultations that were submitted between the report start date and end date.
