We are all aware that GP practices have been under immense strain due a lack of investment and very high patient demand. This has put excessive pressures on GP practice staff and left patients frustrated and worried about their health. Unfortunately, this situation doesn't look likely to change anytime soon.
The Patchs Health Hub has been developed to support patients when they are struggling to access primary care services, by centralising access to a wide array of healthcare services and information.
The Health Hub features:

- Comprehensive NHS services information: Access information on over 80,000 NHS services.
- Allied health services: Including online and walk-in pharmacies, Out-of-Hours online GP services (where commissioned), NHS Talking Therapy services (coming soon), and charity services.
