You can create custom messages for patients when PATCHS limits have been reached on the Demand management tab .
To create a custom message to display when PATCHS is closed for clinical requests, click on the upper Set a message button.
Enter your message and then Save message to confirm
To create a custom message to display when PATCHS is closed for non-clinical requests, click on the lower Set a message button.
Enter your message and then Save message to confirm
Patients will see your custom message(s) on the PATCHS landing page whenever PATCHS is unavailable for clinical / non-clinical requests.
