'Edit practice' page

You can access the 'Edit practice' page either from Edit practice on your user menu.

Or if you are a PATCHS admin user at more than 1 practice, via My practices->Edit

You can view and edit your practice settings using the settings tabs (the number of tabs you see will depend on your practice settings and which features are enabled at your practice e.g. AI modules or Booked slots):

Practice name

Name of your practice that is displayed on your practice's PATCHS landing page

Unique code which shows in the web address for your practice

In the example shown above (unique code - demopractice), the URL of the practice's PATCHS landing page would be:

https://patchs.ai/practice/demopractice/

Practice email address used to receive electronic correspondence

This is the NHS email address that is used to receive electronic correspondence at your practice ( it is used if clinical system integration is not in use or is unavailable)

Practice phone number

The practice telephone number is used  whenever PATCHS advises the patient to contact the practice by telephone.

Opening hours (please also include days of the week e.g. Monday-Friday 8AM-6.30PM)

The practice telephone number is shown whenever PATCHS advises the patient to contact the practice by telephone.

Number of working hours after which the patient should call the practice if they haven't received a response from you (e.g. 24 hours)*

This number is shown wherever PATCHS advises the patient to contact the practice if they haven't received a response within an expected timeframe.

Country

Your practice's country setting allows the NHS links to be appropriate to the patients location.

PCN

This shows the name of your practice's PCN

CCG

This is the name of your practice's CCG

Clinical System

This is the clinical system integration in use at your practice  and will be one of:

  • Docman 10 with EMIS
  • EMIS
  • SystmOne
  • Other

Log in page message, landing page and website banner

The log in page message can be updated here and is displayed on your practice's Login/registration page before patients log in to PATCHS.

The URL of your practice's landing page is the URL that the PATCHS banner on your practice website should direct patients to.

Practice feature settings

From the Practice feature settings page you  can turn on and off different features in PATCHS such as  message reminders and automatic completion.

Here you can set limits to how many requests are submitted by patients ensure you aren't overwhelmed using the request limiter
