Edit practice from the menu
You can view and edit your practice settings using the 4 settings tabs:
Name of your practice that is displayed on your practice's PATCHS landing page
Unique code which shows in the web address for your practice
In the example shown above (unique code - demopractice), the URL of the practice's PATCHS landing page would be:
Practice email address (should match that used to receive electronic correspondence into Docman)
This is the NHS email address that is used to receive electronic correspondence (if clinical system integration is not in use/available)
Practice phone number
The practice telephone number is used whenever PATCHS advises the patient to contact the practice by telephone.
Opening hours (please also include days of the week e.g. Monday-Friday 8AM-6.30PM)
The practice telephone number is shown whenever PATCHs advises the patient to contact the practice by telephone.
Number of working hours after which the patient should call the practice if they haven't received a response from you (e.g. 24 hours)*
This number is shown wherever PATCHS advises the patient to contact the practice if they haven't received a response within an expected timeframe.
Your practice's country setting allows the NHS links to be appropriate to the patients location.
Landing page message
The landing page message can be updated here and is displayed on your practice's Login/registration page.
