The Total Wellbeing Programme is delivered by our partner TELUS Health through their TELUS Health One platform. This is accessible via a mobile app or your web browser. Follow these instructions to access the service:
Step 1: Access the TELUS Health One platform via a mobile app or your web browser
On the Web
You can access digital services directly through your web browser on your computer or smartphone via this link https://patchshealth.lifeworks.com/
Apple Store
Search for the 'TELUS Health One' app in the Apple Store on your mobile phone or tablet and click the blue 'Get' button to download the app.
Google Play
Search for the 'TELUS Health One' app in the Google Play on your mobile phone or tablet and click the 'Install' button to download the app.
Step 2: Log in to the TELUS Health One app
To access the TELUS Health One app you need to enter the Company Code and password provided in your welcome email. If you have lost this information please email admin@patchshealth.com.
Using the website
Once you loaded the website, Click the 'Log in' button in the top right corner and then enter Company Name and Password provided
Using the app
Once you have downloaded and opened the app you will see the Telus Health One welcome screen.
Click the 'Log in' button at the bottom of the page and then enter Company Name and Password provided.
Step 3: Explore the Digital Wellbeing Library
You now have access to a wealth of wellbeing resources from the Digital Wellbeing Library.
